1. 방탄소년단 (Bangtan Sonyeondan), also known as BTS, and in Japanese, 防弾少年団 (Bōdan Shōnendan), is a seven member South Korean boy group formed by Big Hit Entertainment. 방탄소년단 and 防弾少年団 both translate to "Bulletproof Boy Scouts”. They debuted on June 13, 2013 with the song "No More Dream", followed by "We Are Bulletproof Pt.2". The group’s seven members are: RM, Jin (김석진), Suga (Agust D), J-Hope, Jimin, V (뷔), and Jungkook (정국).
